1.機(jī)床數(shù)控系統(tǒng)采用西門子（SIEMENS）802S數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，工作臺移動（Z軸），砂輪架進(jìn)給（X軸），砂輪修整進(jìn)給（Y軸）均實現(xiàn)數(shù)字控制。

2.機(jī)床具有自動循環(huán)磨削，導(dǎo)輪自動跳擋，自動修整砂輪，尺寸自動補(bǔ)償?shù)榷喾N功能。

3.砂輪主軸采用流體靜*承，主軸回轉(zhuǎn)精度高，精度保持性能好。

1.It adopts SIEMENS 802S numerical control, which worktable moving on Z axle, wheel head feeding on X axle and wheel dressing feeding on Y axle are controlled by CNC.

2.The machine owns multi-functions, including auto-circulation grinding, gear auto-stopping for guide roller, wheel auto-dressing and wheel size auto-compensation etc.

3.Wheel spindle adopts fluid hydro-static bearing with high and stable revolution precision.
