1.水冷式三工位單面研磨（拋光）機。

2.本機配有蠕動泵，拋光液與清洗用水可分不同管道排放，以便拋光液回收過濾。

3.本機床砝碼壓板自重，分別對三個位的工件可靠施壓，根據(jù)加工不同的材料可調節(jié)精密減壓閥和電氣比例閥施加不同壓力的大小。

4.研磨盤與托盤之間預留有水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)對研磨盤系統(tǒng)進行冷卻，保證機床長時間運轉的可靠，從而達到理想的研磨(拋光)效果。

5.機床在工作時通過在人機界面編輯好加工程序，再下載至PLC. PLC就會按當前下載的程序運行。

6.采用PLC控制，控制方式靈活可靠。

7.用觸摸屏做為人機界面顯示報警和機床狀態(tài)的實時信息;界面友好，信息量大。

8.控制元器件均采用24V電源,PLC電源采用隔離變壓器供電，降低外界電網(wǎng)雜波干擾提高了機床的安全性。
