5.磨頭主軸電機采用變頻無級調(diào)速，穩(wěn)定可靠.

6.采用馬波斯在線檢測技術，提高磨削精度 。

7.床身采用有限元設計，箱形鑄件結構，吸震性剛性好，熱穩(wěn)定性可靠。

8.冷卻液經(jīng)磁性去鐵—渦旋分離—油冷卻制冷—管道精濾等處理，循環(huán)利用。
